This walnut is outstanding! Most of the wood came from old walnut trees we removed from the older neighborhoods on the west side of Ann Arbor. Most boards are from 6-12" wide, some are 20" wide. We have some 8/4 wood available too. 8/4 thick is $9.50/board foot.

This is tongue and groove flooring with reliefs on the back side. It is 3, 5, and 7 inches wide, in lengths up to 12 ft. I also have approximately 100 board feet of #1 and better boards left over from kitchen cabinets. They are surfaced on two sides and 10-12 ft. long.

This white pine tree had grown too big next to a house and had to be removed.
Notes
I have two pieces left of this tree. They are 2.125 inches thick, planed and sanded. The boards are 22-24" wide with a straight edge on one side and a natural edge on the other. They are 10 ft. long.

Harvesting Story
This Catalpa came from a large tree that was removed due to decay throughout the crown and the tree's closeness to the house. We managed to get three large slabs and other lumber from 1 trunk section.
Notes
